Chiharu (千春, born April 10, 1995), also known as Hokaze Chiharu (帆風千春) is a Japanese seiyuu and idol from Hyogo Prefecture.

She is the younger sister of Terakawa Aimi, who is also a singer, idol, and seiyuu, and her real name is Terakawa Chiharu (寺川千春?).

She was the leader (2017 to 2021) of the virtual seiyuu idol unit 22/7 (2017 to 2021) related to the anime and mixed media project 22/7 (2016+).
