Fukuhara Haruka (福原遥, born August 28, 1998) is a Japanese actress, singer, model, and seiyuu from Saitama Prefecture. She is primarily a live-action actress, but has had significant seiyuu roles, and recently (2020+) increased her profile as a singer. She got her start in entertainment as a child actress in 2005 at age 7. She became notable in 2009 for playing the main character as both a live-action and anime character on the children's cooking hybrid live-action/anime show Cooking Idol I! My! Main! (2009+), and is sometimes referred to as Main-chan (まいんちゃん) after the character. In 2012 she became an exclusive model for teens' fashion magazine Pichi Lemon, where her model nickname was Harun (はるん). In 2017, she got her first seiyuu exclusive main role with the role of Arisugawa Himari in the anime Kirakira☆Precure A La Mode (2017).

On February 1, 2022, Ken-On agency announced that Fukuhara had a fever and tested positive for COVID-19 on a PCR test.

She has release 4 singles from 2019 onward with the 1st reaching the top 30 and the wnd the top 40 of the Oricon singles chart. Her 3rd single and the second ending theme for the anime Kaguya-sama: Love is War! (season 2, 2020), Kaze ni Fukarete (『風に吹かれて』, 2020), reached #15 on the Oricon singles chart. As a child actress/singer, she released many singles for Cooking Idol I! My! Main! (2009+), but only the first one, Kitchen is my stage (『キッチンはマイステージ』, 2009) charted within the top 40, peaking at #18 on the Oricon singles chart. She has performed 3 anime tie-in songs. She has performed over a dozen character songs.
