Furukawa Toshio (古川登志夫, born July 16, 1946), also known as Toshio Furukawa (としおふるかわ), is a Japanese seiyuu from Tochigi Prefecture. His real name just uses different kanji for his given name, Furukawa Toshio (古川利夫). He began his career as an actor and did not start voice acting until about a decade later. He is mostly known for portraying Piccolo in Dragon Ball Z (1989+), Asuma Shinohara in Patlabor: The Mobile Police (1989+), Yo Hinomura in Crying Freeman (1988+), and Ataru Moroboshi in Urusei Yatsura (1981+).

Married to seiyuu Kakinuma Shino. In April 2019, he became the head of Aoni Production's seiyuu training center, Aoni Juku Tokyo School.

In February 2024, he won the Merit Award of the 18th Seiyu Awards alongside Yamada Eiko.
