Yokoi Mitsuo (横居 光雄, born May 20, 1948), better known by his stage name Genda Tesshō (玄田 哲章), is a Japanese seiyuu and actor from Okayama Prefecture. In 2010, he won an Achievement Award at the 4th Seiyuu Awards alongside Sugiyama Kazuko and Tanaka Nobuo.
On October 4, 2024, it was revealed by various sources that Genda had been on hiatus since July 2024 for health reasons. On October 9, 2024 it was announced he had returned from hiatus.
