Hikasa Yōko (日笠 陽子) is a Japanese seiyuu and singer from Kanagawa Prefecture. In 2010, she won Best Musical Performance with the music group Hōkago Tea Time at the 4th Seiyuu Awards. In 2025, she won a Best Supporting Actress Award at the 19th Seiyu Awards alongside Seto Asami. She is member of the seiyuu idol unit Afterglow (2017+) related to the BanG Dream! mixed media franchise. She is member of the seiyuu idol unit BEST FRIENDS! (2018+) related to the anime Aikatsu Friends! (2018+). She is a member of the seiyuu idol unit TRIPLE BOOKING (2010+) related to the Seitokai Yakuindomo (2010+) anime franchise.
She is a very successful seiyuu and has averaged at least one main role per season since 2009 (5 per year for over a decade). As a singer she has had several Oricon top 10 singles related to K-On!. Her solo single Utsukushiki Zankoku na Sekai ("This Beautiful Cruel World") reached #9 on the Oricon charts and served as the first ED of the anime Attack on Titan. She released 2 studio albums in 2013 and 2014 respectively.
She co-hosted a radio show Odoroki Sentai Momonoki Five (おどろき戦隊モモノキファイブ) with Nakamura Eriko from April 9, 2009 to September 28, 2017.

She is most known for her role of Mio Akiyama in the anime K-ON! (2009+) where she sung under the seiyuu idol unit Sakurakō K-ON Bu (2009) and the seiyuu idol band Hōkago Tea Time (2009 to 2012) after that with a reunion appearance at Animelo Summer Live 2019.
She was a member of the seiyuu idol unit Haitoku Pistols (2017 to 2019) related to the web anime Monster Sonic! (2017). She was a member of the seiyuu idol unit Honjitsu no Chef (2017-only?) related to the anime Piacevole: My Italian Cooking (2017). She was a member of the seiyuu idol unit Team Fortuna (2016-only?) related to the anime Long Riders! (2016). She was a member of the seiyuu idol duo Security Politti (2014-only?) with Yuzuki Ryoka related to the anime Trinity Seven (2014).
