Starting around late 2010, she also was part of the popular seiyuu idol unit μ's (mu's) and the subgroup BiBi. The larger group technically ended their official activities in 2016, but has appeared several times since in Love Live! reunion events and released a new single in 2020. With the group she has released 8 albums with 5 reaching the top 10 of the Oricon album charts (including two #1s) and 2 reaching the top 20. Her solo album (Love Live! Solo Live! from μ's Maki Nishikino (Pile) SCARLET PRINCESS 2014) as Maki with the μ's reached #31. The group released 7 non-anime related singles with the last two reaching the top 10 of the Oricon singles charts and the previous two reaching #31 and #30. Of their 18 anime related singles, half of them reached the top 5 of the Oricon singles charts with five peaking at #2 (「all the time」, 「Angelic Angel」/「Hello, counting the stars」, 「SUNNY DAY SONG」/「?←HEARTBEAT」, 「We are one light」/「Future style」, & 「A song for You! You? You!!」), two peaking in the top 10, and two just outside the top 10 at #11 and #12. With BiBi, she released 4 singles, three reached the top 10 of the Oricon singles charts with 「A Premonition of Winter」 (2013) and 「Illusion CROSSROADS」 (2016) both peaking at #2.

In 2013, she formed a duo with Kusuda Aina (under the stage name AINA) called Please&Secret. This status of this group is unknown after 2014, although an album was released in 2015. They did release 3 singles and an album. In 2014, she formed a duo with Iida Riho called 4to6 which released 1 single, but they only seemed to be active that year.

As solo singer she has been very successful and held a solo live at Budokan in late 2017. She has released 5 albums, the first three of which all reached the top 20 of the Oricon album charts. She has released 9 singles, 3 of which reached the top 10, 3 others reached the top 20, and 2 reached the top 40 of the Oricon singles charts with 『ドリームトリガー』 (dream trigger, 2015) peaking at #7. She has performed 7 anime tie-in songs and 6 other tie-in songs for CMs, games, TV shows, and other reasons. From 2015 to 2023, she has held 20 one-man lives. She has participated in 17 joint lives including Animelo Summer Live in 2015 and 2016.
