Kakihara Tetsuya (柿原 徹也, born December 24, 1982) is a Japanese seiyuu and singer from Germany, but grew up in Saitama Prefecture. In 2007, he won Best Rookie Actor at the 1st Seiyuu Awards alongside Morita Masakazu. On June 30, 2013, he left 81 Produce, was freelance for awhile, and later formed his own agency Zynchro in July 1, 2014.
On February 2, 2022, the Zynchro agency announced Kakihara had symptoms and tested positive for COVID-19 on a PCR test.
