Komatsu Mikako (小松 未可子, born November 11, 1988) is a Japanese seiyuu, singer, and actress from Mie Prefecture. In 2022, she won the Best Supporting Actress Award from the 16th Annual Seiyu Awards along side Takahashi Rie.
In May 2020, she married seiyuu Maeno Tomoaki. On August 16, 2022, she announced on her non-public Instagram account that she was pregnant. Her husband also announced the pregnancy on the same day on his official Twitter account. On January 14, 2023, she announced the birth of her first child via her Instagram account which became public. Her husband also announced the birth on the same day on his official Twitter account.
Music career[]
She has had a successful singing career starting around 2012 with over a dozen solo live shows. As for releases, she has released 11 singles (most of them anime tie-ins), 2 mini-albums, and 4 albums through 2021. All of her singles except 「Sail away」 (2014, #42) have reached at least the top 40 of the Oricon charts with 3 reaching the top 20 (her first single in 2016, 「Black Holy」, peaked at #16). All her albums reached the top 20 except the first (『THEE Futures』 in 2013 reached #21).
