Noto Mamiko (能登 麻美子, born February 6, 1980) is a Japanese seiyuu, singer, and narrator from Ishikawa Prefecture. She is a legendary seiyuu who was a top seiyuu for at least 15 years starting in the early 2000s. She is most recently known for portraying Moriko Morioka in Recovery of an MMO Junkie (2017), Einhald Stratos from ViVid Strike! (2016), Alex Benedetto in Gangsta. (2015), but is most known for portraying Sawako "Sadako" Kuronuma in Kimi ni Todoke (2009+), Haruka Nogizaka in Haruka Nogizaka's Secret (2008+), Kotomi Ichinose in Clannad (2007+), Masane Amaha in Witchblade (2006), Ai Enma from Hell Girl (2005+), Esther Blanchett in Trinity Blood (2005), Yakumo "Imōto-san" Tsukamoto in School Rumble (2004+), Anna Liebert in Monster (2004), Yuka in Elfen Lied (2004), Tsukiko Sagi in Paranoia Agent (2004), and Shimako Tōdō in Maria Watches Over Us (2004+). She was a member of the seiyuu idol unit N's from 2008 to 2012 that was related to the anime Haruka Nogizaka's Secret (2008+).
In 2024, she won the Best Supporting Actress award at the 18th Annual Seiyu Awards alongside Azakami Yohei and Iwami Manaka.
