Ogata Megumi (緒方 恵美, born June 6, 1965) is a Japanese seiyuu from Tokyo. She is known for playing male or tomboyish female roles, because of this, she got the nickname aniki (older brother). In 2013, she won the Kazue Takahashi Memorial Award at the 7th Seiyu Awards. In 2022, she won the Best Lead Actress Award from the 16th Annual Seiyu Awards.

As a singer, she goes by the name em:óu and is under the label Lantis. She is also a songwriter and record producer.
