Ogata Megumi (緒方 恵美, born June 6, 1965) is a Japanese seiyuu from Tokyo. They are known for playing male or tomboyish female roles, because of this, they got the nickname aniki (older brother). In 2013, she won the Kazue Takahashi Memorial Award at the 7th Seiyu Awards. In 2022, they won the Best Lead Actress Award from the 16th Annual Seiyu Awards.

As a singer, they go by the name em:óu and is under the label Lantis. They are also a songwriter and record producer.
