Okamoto Nobuhiko (岡本 信彦) is a Japanese seiyuu and singer from Tokyo. In 2009, he won Best Rookie Actor at the 3rd Seiyuu Awards alongside Kaji Yuki. In 2011, he won Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the 5th Seiyuu Awards alongside Nakai Kazuya.

On December 15, 2021, he launched his own agency starting with seiyuu from agency Pro-Fit which was closing its representation operations. The new agency is called "Racoon Dog" (「ラクーンドッグ」, Rakūndoggu).[1][2]

While still represented by Pro-Fit, the agency announced on February 24, 2022 that Okamoto had tested positive for COVID-19 a day earlier after taking a PCR test a day before that. On March 3, 2022, the agency announced he had tested negative on a PCR test from the day before and would be resuming activities March 4, 2022.
