Okitsu Kazuyuki (興津 和幸, born March 8, 1980) is a Japanese seiyuu from Hyogo Prefecture. He was a member of Team Hīragi (2015 to 2019) related to the Starmyu (スタミュ; 2015+) original musical anime franchise. He was a member of the seiyuu idol unit Kangoku Danshi (active 2015 only?) related to the anime Prison School (2015). He was a member of the seiyuu idol unit ASAHINA Bros. (2013 to 2015) related to the Brothers Conflict (2013) anime.
