Onosaka Masaya

Onosaka Masaya (小野坂 昌也, born October 13, 1964) is a Japanese seiyuu, narrator, ring announcer, radio personality, and DJ from Osaka. In 2010, he won Best Personality at the 4th Seiyuu Awards.
