Ōtsuka Takeo (大塚 剛央, born October 19, 1992) is a Japanese seiyuu from Tokyo. In 2020, he won a Best New Actor Award for the 14th Seiyu Awards alongside Daigo Kotaro, Fukuhara Katsumi, Kajiwara Gakuto, and Yano Shōgo. He is a member of the seiyuu idol unit C.FIRST (2021+) related to the The iDOLM@STER SideM (2014+) spinoff of The iDOLM@STER (2005+) mixed media project.

On May 31, 2024, he announced via his official Twitter that he had gotten married.
