Seki Toshihiko (関 俊彦, June 11, 1962) is a Japanese actor, seiyuu, singer, and narrator from Tochigi Prefecture. In 2021, he won the Kei Tomiyama Memorial Award (for male seiyuu who broadened voice acting to every form of media) at the 15th Seiyu Awards.
