Tamura Mutsumi (田村 睦心) is a Japanese seiyuu. She is most known for her lead role as Kobayashi in Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid (2017+) and main roles such as Sayaka Kanamori in Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! (2020), Lutz in Ascendance of a Bookworm (2019), Koshiro Izumi in many Digimon (2015+) movies, and Jonathan Mar in Jormungand (2012+).
On April 1, 2024 (not an April Fools joke), she announced via her official Twitter that she had gotten married, but without any particular details.
