Tsuchiya Shimba (土屋 神葉; born April 4, 1996) is a Japanese seiyuu and actor from Tokyo. He started as a child actor around the age of 11 in a TV commercial for the Itoen drink brand. Before he became a seiyuu, as a child he had a small role in the movie Cobalt Blue (2009) and later a larger support role in the Taiga TV drama RYOMADEN (2010). He didn't join his agency Himawari Theater Group until 2015. In 2016, he did a Japanese dub part for the American TV show Supah Ninjas (2011 - 2013). His first significant anime role was in Tsutomu Goshiki in Haikyū!! (S3 2016).
In 2021, he won a Best New Actor award at the 15th Annual Seiyu Awards alongside Ito Masahiro (for Ren Nanahoshi in Argonavis from BanG Dream!) and Kobayashi Chiaki (Makoto Edamura in Great Pretender). Besides that role he mostly known for his supporting role as Kai Nakamura in The Aquatope on White Sand (2021) and his main role of Tatara Fujita in Welcome to the Ballroom (2017).
He has two older sisters, Honoka (5 years older) who is a model and Tao (1 year older) who is an actress and model.
